We’ll engage in practices of body, mind, and spirit that help us find peace in the midst of our lives. Enjoy gentle movement, sacred reading, meditation, and art practices that encourage you to slow down and listen to yourself in the company of others who wish to do the same. Hot soup and fresh salad will be served for lunch and we’ll have coffee and tea times as well.

About Emily:  Emily is a trained Spiritual Companion, writer, host and facilitator of groups and retreats.  She loves creating space for others to be themselves so that they can experience healing and wholeness.

About Wendy: Wendy is a Spiritual Companion, yoga teacher and florist who eats chocolate and dances in the kitchen. She finds slowing down to rest an invaluable support to well being. She offers gentle companionship for others to experience deep, healing rest too.
